On highway dhabas, mutton curry taste totally different from home. It is spicy, little oily but very satisfying.
Ingredients you need:
- 500g mutton
- 2 onion chopped
- 2 tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Oil and salt
Steps to make:
- First boil mutton in cooker with salt and 1 cup water (2 whistle).
- In another pan, heat oil and fry onion till golden. Add tomato and cook till soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and chili powder. Fry for 2–3 min.
- Now add boiled mutton along with stock. Stir and cook on low flame 30 min.
- Add garam masala at last, mix well.
- Serve with tandoori roti or steamed rice.
