At NonVegetarians.com, we work hard to make sure you always get the freshest chicken, mutton, and fish delivered to your doorstep in time. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 90 minutes of confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery location.
Delivery Areas: We currently serve across Ahmedabad including Juhapura, Sarkhej, Makarba, Vejalpur, and nearby localities.
Delivery Slots: Morning (10 AM – 1 PM) and Evening (5 PM – 7 PM).
Delivery Charges: Free delivery may be available for selected locations and order values. Applicable charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Perishable Items: Since we deliver fresh chicken, mutton, and fish, orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be canceled or returned.
Wrong or Damaged Item: In case you receive a wrong item or the product is not in good condition at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately on 9824632632 with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per our discretion.
Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Quality Assurance: All products are freshly cut and hygienically packed. Please check your order at the time of delivery to ensure satisfaction.
