Ingredients

- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8-10 slices of bread
How to Cook
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions till soft. Add ginger-garlic paste and minced chicken. Cook till chicken turns light brown.
- Add salt, chili powder, pepper, and herbs. Mix well and let it cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from flame.
- Take each bread slice, flatten slightly with a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of cooked chicken and some cheese in the center. Roll tightly and secure the edges.
- Heat a pan or tawa, lightly toast the rolls until golden brown on all sides. Cheese will melt inside — be careful, it’s hot!
- Serve hot with ketchup, mayo, or green chutney.
